01 Research on the civil explosives industry, electronic detonators are on the rise

In the field of infrastructure construction that my country focuses on supporting development, the civil explosives industry is a relatively niche but very important industry. Polymer tantalum capacitors are insufficient in withstand voltage and overcurrent capabilities, which limits their use with sense agents. Because tantalum capacitors will cause electronic detonators to fail and cannot be detonated, and after failure, open flames are easily generated, affecting product reliability. This leads to electronic detonators using tantalum capacitors being weak in safety, and their sales channels are limited. Most of them rely on imports, and the supply and delivery period are unstable. The delivery cycle is sometimes as long as half a year.

For this reason, how to improve the safety and stability of energy storage capacitors has become the key point in optimizing electronic detonators, and we need to solve the problem.
