Voltage preconditioning is required before the test: apply a rated voltage to both ends of the capacitor through a resistor of about 1000Ω and keep it for 1 hour. After pretreatment, the resistor of about 1Ω/V is discharged. After the discharge is complete, place it at room temperature for 24 hours before starting the test.
